Last week I earned about 35 or more activity points and had 37 weeklies left. I did kickboxing, I walked everyday, I jogged sometimes, yet on saturday I went to a friends and ate their breakfast (which tasted real good) and I went from 197 - 200 pounds! After I had eaten the breakfast I did jog for 13 minutes and walked for 43 minutes but it was not enough. My body is so sensitive and if I overeat just one day I will gain 2-3 pounds. This week I have a new challenge and that is NOT to use any of my weeklies because I am NOT losing weight by using them, and to burn 1000 or more calories each day I go to the gym.
Everyone is different and a good reason why I lost all the weight I did in the first place was because I was then working in a fast moving warehouse where I easily walked 30-70K steps a day. I climbed up ladders, lifted things, and so with all that activity I could easily lose weight regardless if I used all my weeklies or not. But these days I have a job behind a desk and so its very very very easy to gain weight, and overeating just one day will gain me 2-3 pounds. I need a new strategy thats for sure!
