Got a major challenge
After the holidays and after spending some time in another state last week I have unfortunately gained 10 pounds. I am working on getting back to my goal weight which should not be difficult, it just will require discipline. It was fun to eat out often, eat chocolate, drink eggnog, etc.. However it did have a negative wight gain. I will lose it again.
