I have lost more than 50 pounds since late July 2010 and thought a personal blog could motivate others to make more informed decisions on food choices, nutrition, and exercise.

Fruits
Fruits are a filling food, and are good for you. Fresh fruits like apples, oranges, bananas, are what I recommend, over canned foods, which typically have sugar. Although Apple Sauce can be tempting at times, the brand I eat uses 2 Weight Watcher points. Fruits are a part of healthy daily living guidelines. Perhaps if more people would eat healthy, we may not have as many medical conditions and health problems.
